BTG Cravings

With the pandemic scare, surely it's not sanitary to just try out samples from malls (like we're all used to before), plus it's really not allowed. And when I mean unsanitary, it includes even just touching that lotion to grasp it's scent. Which is why SAMPLE ROOM is a holy grail for every beauty junkie out there, especially now. Many people, even my friends who are addicted to beauty routines are not aware this site even exists. What is Sample room? Sample room is a site that banks on the power of free product sampling. It is a community where you interact ideas and opinions on certain products with co-beauty lovers. How to join? First off, you have to sign up using your email, and make sure that email works cause you'll be using it a lot in your sample room journey. By signing up, you get an initial 100-points free, from sample room, that you can use to start your first sampling. Is it free? Yes and No. The samples are made available thru points, which they give you for free (starting 100). You only pay for the Shipping fee that ranges from 150-170 depending on the weight. They use Xsend as their partner Courier. Check this example. You only get to check out a maximum of 3 items. How to get points? Basically, you use points to avail of the samples, and to earn back the points, you have to review the specific product HONESTLY, based on how it worked for you. The points you used to avail of the product will be returned, plus an additional 1 point for reviewing, and another 1, when the review gets approved. What if I do not have enough points? SAMPLE ROOM offers VIP Membership , that can be availed for 649 pesos in lieu of 1,000 points (good for 2 mos). I suggest to avail this to enjoy the most out of your sampling journey. Instead of buying stuff at the mall, I usually wait for products to be made available at sample room, especially now that they have lots of brand partners. Also, they have a wide variety of products for sampling. May it be cosmetic, skin care, hair care or even perfumes. Payment Modes You do not need credit card for this, because they have lots of payment options, from bank deposit (which I usually do) to Gcash, Globe padala and paymaya. HONEST OPINION! If you live in the province (like me, PROUD BATANGUEÑA) and is rushing to get that product, I suggest you to not avail it thru sample room. Cause as of now, the whole process takes about 1-2 weeks. From confirming your payment, which you have to send thru email and the actual shipping that takes a couple of days. Not to include yet confirming the payment you made by availing the VIP Membership. That is another 3 days (max). Tho I hope they could improve this! They are very responsive on emails by the way. Is it really cheaper than just buying products outside? Do the Math. I enjoyed using SAMPLE ROOM , cause it's way cheaper than buying the actual product, especially that I am not yet sure whether it will work for me. 1,000 points divided by Php649.00 , means that one peso is equivalent to about 1.54 points. The shipping fee is Php 160.00 good for 3 products, that means one product costs about Php 53.33 SF. Take this as an example. I availed of the BELO SUNEXPERT BODY SHIELD SPF60 AND PA+++, which is good for 125 points. So that costs Php 81.17 plus Php 53.33 (SF). The original price was Php479.75 , but because you availed it on sample room, you only paid Php 134.49 for the item. That's saving Php 345 pesos ! BUT BUT , always read the full details of the product, some items are just in sampler sizes, or smaller sizes. So you can do the math to know if the item will be cheaper to try on Sample room or if bought outside. Also, in availing the VIP Membership , you are eligible for premium items (Products that costs more than 100 points) , thus this maximizes your SF cost.

Finding restaurants that serve mostly Filipino dishes is quite rare nowadays. Gayle Cadungog, Dainty Deigns proprietor, knew that serving uniquely styled food online would be a hit especially that everyone is searching from their mobile phones. Her menu includes Bibingkang malagkit, Biko, Roasted peanuts, Ube Cheese crinkles, Ube Maja Blanca, Ube Maja cheese, Spicy buttered crab, Baked sushi, and Kimchi at very affordable prices. These recipes surely bring back nostalgic memories from when it was your first time to taste Filipino treats. That is what makes Dainty Deigns a sensation not only for Gayle's co-students, but also for their families and the elderly because many customers look for karinderya-type delicacies. Aside from that, you really get more than what you paid for because they serve big portions, perfect if you have a tight budget and you want some healthy native pleasure for a good deal. You can already taste Dainty Deign's products for as low as Php40, and most offers are priced at less than Php150, except for those with medium to large size servings which reach Php350 maximum.
